✔Expert is responsible for simplifying and optimising production processes of components, for example, improving the power densities and extending the fuel cell’s lifetime.
✔Expert was the R&D manager in the field of battery development at EWE-Research Centre for Energy Technology in Oldenburg, aimed to improve the energy density and rate capability of Lithium-ion batteries with a focus on the investigation of conducting polymers as binder systems and the analysis of electrode-processing parameters on the battery performance.
✔They have also worked on the development of a new vanadium/air redox flow battery and the improvement of conventional VRF systems.
✔Expert was a Postdoctoral Researcher with a research focus lies on the development of all-solid-state batteries with emphasis on the investigation and processing of Li/Na-ion conducting electrolytes.
This expert is a High Voltage Battery System Technical Specialist with engineering and manufacturing experience. They have worked as a Chief Engineer, leading high-voltage battery system engineering and manufacturing projects for application in different target sectors. They were also responsible for delivering the cell & module components and the vehicle strategies that affected the battery lifetime and performance.

They have an MS in Energy Engineering and a PhD studies in chemistry, which allows them to move with confidence between different energy production systems, from solar and wind to nuclear power.
