Pangea SI Expert: For a plant which has environmental importance and genetic importance, energetic and strategic importance, which is in the interest of every one of us to be built as fast as possible, to have as many as possible, there need to be rules. Of course, you can do damage to the environment if you just put biogas plants without any criteria, but there are too many complex laws. You have to put self-control apparatus on the plans just to keep it in exercise with modules, self-declarations, certifications, certification bodies, modules, and communication as we have to do every few weeks. So many investors say, “why should I bother? Why should I invest my mind in this? It’s too complex. Let’s build a gas station, it would be easier”. That’s the sad part about it, it’s too complex even if it’s the right thing to do.
