- ✔ Defined long-term strategy for decarbonization and establish Health and Safety systems within the company to facilitate large-scale projects/processes.
- ✔ Downstream development and optimization projects for emission reduction, energy efficiency and enhanced process operability.
- ✔ Expertise in the fabrication of containment units & storage facilities for effluents.
- ✔ Responsible for the implementation of risk management processes in design and operations.
- ✔ HSE Manager on a major capital project for Hydrodesulphurization (HDS) plant.
- ✔ Responsible for supporting four major projects (total cost is > $ 7 billion) as well as several medium-sized projects.
- ✔ Led a team of 6 HSE experts on the project with the main emphasis on establishing systematic, fit-for-purpose and cost-effective HSE solutions.
- ✔ Responsible for execution of governance systems and managing the portfolio implementation for personal and process safety on-site assets and operational excellence.
- ✔ Portfolio Manager for major projects, site assets and operational assurances. Responsible for managing HSE scope for several major/medium size projects (total cost is > $ 20 billion)

- ✔ Upstream Onshore/offshore Field development.
- ✔ LNG Liquefaction and Regasification.
- ✔ CO2 Capture and Storage/geo-sequestration.

- ✔ Downstream developments and optimization projects for emission reduction, energy efficiency and enhanced process operability.
- ✔ Floating concepts incl. FLNG/FSRU/FPSO.
