Our service is commercialised and delivered through a credit-based model. Clients sign up for a number of credits, typically over a twelve-month contract. Volume discounts apply, so the more credits a client signs up for, the cheaper the price per credit.
Primarily, our clients have their interactions over the phone, as it is the fastest and most cost-effective way to interact with consultants from anywhere in the world. However, the service can be accessed in any format a client desires (including: face-to-face meetings; reports; group and panel discussions; etc.), and these come at varying credit costs.
